Refund policy

We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered unless the item arrives damaged or broken.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or broken item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage and the packaging

  • Keep the item in its original packaging until your claim is reviewed

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund based on availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

  • Used or opened products

  • Change-of-mind returns
